“My research is derived from trusted medical journals i.e.: PubMed, The United States Library of Medicine, The National Institute of Health, CDC, Center for Disease Control to ensure accuracy.
My process for research was developed while working on a research project for the hospital. Due to the research/initiatives starting this program the hospital earned the Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval for its comprehensive total knee and total hip joint replacement programs. Afterwards I received a promotion to Coordinator of Education and Support, at the hospitals cancer center. Later I was in charge of the Cancer Center.
I have practice holistic care for myself and my patients. One of the essentials to health is state of mind. I have always used natural remedies first, they compliment todays medical practices. I heard Dr. Lad lecture about those same principles several years ago”
Although, Dr. Vasant Lad, M.A.Sc. is a world renowned expert on Ayurvedic Medicine. He agrees that traditional medicine is essential as well. A holistic approach is all inclusive, rounded, and complete. He is the founder and director of the Ayurvedic Institute in New Mexico.“
Deepak Chopra, M.D. and David Simon, M.D. are quoted as saying ” “Dr. Vasant Lad is a true Vaidya – a knower of reality. His latest work, the Textbook of Ayurveda, attest to his indisputable role as the foremost expert in the ancient healing science.“
I myself have studied/practiced medicine for 33 years. Although I have used natural products for 40 years. After learning how important what you put into your body is! So, I really take care of my children and myself!
Both of my children were born with special needs and I have done extensive research on special needs children. I will post what I learned works for their issues in the near future! I adopted both children who are siblings as a single mom. I could not have done it with out my moms help!
My mom is an angle, loves children and has taken in other peoples children; as well as, she has been there for all of her children during the worst of times. 14 years ago she came to live with me to help me with my daughter (a newborn) so I could work (at the time I worked on a medical surgical unit as a Registered Nurse, and Charge Nurse.)
Mom was with me for 12 years, her progression in dementia was slow and almost unnoticeable until my 2nd child’s birth! She was not able to care for his special needs. Yes, I knew about my son before he was born and I got to go to the NICU at his 1st day of life and sing to him. I was able to bring him home from the hospital because the birth mother lost her ability to do so.
Mom was diagnosed with Severe Dementia almost 5 years ago now. After all she has been through in her life I don’t doubt that had something to do with it. I am continuing my research with that in mind. I will publish what I have to date shortly.
May your Life be Enriched, May Knowledge of the Truth be Yours, May you Shine Brightly,
